I figured that a Lovecraftian Oklahoma article would be enjoyed by a certain host.
As one of the audience from the “Unleash Your Killer DM” panel, it was not exactly what I’d expected. I did appreciate the more story-based and less stat-juggling advice from the panel, though – especially Ken’s advice about building backdoors or avenues of retreat into difficult encounters to keep the game from grinding to a halt..
Just wanted to add that I greatly appreciate Ken’s willingness to plug work that he likes, even if he wasn’t involved with it. Can’t say I’m curious about Iron Kingdoms, but the recommendation are almost always thoughtful and balanced.
Can I make a request for a future consulting occultist/elliptony hut?
